How to book our villas

To reserve one of our villas, please check its availability calendar and then follow the steps below.

  1. Contact us using the email form at the bottom of your chosen villa's page for initial confirmation of your chosen dates. We will confirm your dates and total price by return email.
  2. Once your dates and price are confirmed, please then complete all fields of the booking form below, sign it and click the "Submit form" button. Please make sure you enter the full villa reference number correctly.
  3. Once we have received this form we will send you a provisional booking confirmation email. This will include a copy of our Rental Contract which states our full rental terms and conditions (you can also download a .pdf copy of this from the sidebar on the right), together with our bank details for the transfer of funds.

Your provisional booking will be valid for seven days, during which time you are requested to transfer the booking deposit to our bank. Once we have received this, your booking will become confirmed.

Booking terms and conditions:

  • I agree to pay a 30% non-returnable booking deposit of € (Euros), payable within 7 (seven) days of this booking.
  • I understand and agree that the final balance of € (Euros) is due 6 weeks before the date of arrival. (Or on arrival by prior arrangement.)
  • I understand and agree that a security deposit of € (please check your chosen villa's pricing details for this amount) will be charged via credit card on my arrival. This will be returned in full within 10 days of the end of my holiday subject to there being no damage or breakages to either the property or its contents, or any additional laundry or cleaning charges.
  • I understand and agree that if this booking is made within the 6 week period, the full payment will be sent on booking.
  • I understand and agree that I am required to have appropriate travel and personal insurance and that the owners cannot accept any liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of my holiday.
  • I acknowledge that I am entering into this agreement with full knowledge of Exclusive Villa Spain's full terms and conditions of booking. By checking the box and entering my name below I signify acceptance of these terms.
