This well built, modern villa is located just 1½ km outside the pretty town of Estepona. The house is only a few years old and provides you with everything you might need for a comfortable family holiday away.
As you enter the villa, you will immediately feel a calm come over you as the entrance hall is remarkably spacious and, using only light woods, has a very open and airy feel. The double stained glass doors ahead of you let you know that you have entered a very well appointed home.
From the entrance hall to the right there is the first double bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and to the left, the smaller twin room. There is also a cloak room (with WC and hand basin) and a separate entrance to the lounge area.
Through the double doors, there is the kitchen and breakfast area. The very modern kitchen, with its granite work surfaces, is very well appointed and is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect to find in a house of this standing … a dishwasher, microwave, large hob etc. This leads through into the comfortable lounge with its cool colours, which also benefits from Sky satellite television.
Taking the stairs to the first floor, you will find the master suit with a double bed and its en-suite bathroom (which has a very large shower enclosure, separate bath and twin sinks, plus WC). Opposite is the fourth double bedroom. Also on this floor is the family bathroom and doors which lead onto a good sized balcony.
Outside the villa, there is the pretty garden, which is entirely walled and private, and of course the good size swimming pool. The large covered terrace has the outside dining area, sun loungers and some comfortable seating.
Whilst this property does not have air conditioning, we understand that it is not really necessary as the upstairs balcony and the outside covered terraces keep the direct sun out. With the marble floors and cool décor, it all leads to the house maintaining a good temperature, even in the height of summer.
We would highly recommend this villa and believe it would be most suitable for a large family or two families staying together with children.
Location
This pretty villa is located just outside the centre of Estepona town in the well established urbanisation of Don Pedro, opposite the 5-star Elba Hotel, . This is a fairly small urbanization and benefits from being very well kept. The villas here are all in different styles, and this adds to the feel.
Across the road from the entrance to the urbanization you will find the new five-star Gran Elba hotel, and to the side of this, the entrance to the beach. We would estimate you could walk to the beach within eight minutes from the villa, and 5 mins to Estepona Port.
The beach is made up of soft sand with the occasional large stone. From here you could also walk into the town along the beach which could take about 20 minutes. Quietly discreet (and screened!) to the right of the hotel there is also a small nudist beach should this be your thing!

Notes on rental prices:
Clients booking this property must be aware that beyond the privacy of the walled garden, there is some work being carried out. It is only possible to see this from the upstairs terrace and from the upstairs master bedroom window only. It is not visible from the garden nor from any part of the downstairs. It is not noisy either. We do not beieve this should affect your holiday experience at all.
Payment and Booking Terms
30% booking deposit, payable by bank transfer, and 70% balance 6 weeks before arrival (or by arrangement).
Refundable security deposit required: €200
Security deposit payable by credit card on arrival and returned within 10 days of departure providing there are no breakages, etc.
