The House

The Gardens and Outside Areas
The immaculately kept garden and grounds are 4000m2 in area and front directly onto the beach and the sea. Access to the villa is via electric gates which open onto a circular courtyard with ample parking space.
Location
The villa is situated right on the seafront in the quiet, predominantly residential Guadalmina Baja. It can be seen just above left-of-centre in the picture below.
Guadalmina is split into two areas. Beachside there is Guadalmina Baja and this is connected by a pedestrian walkway over the main road to Guadalmina Alta, home to the popular commercial centre.
Guadalmina is an upmarket, exclusive residential beachside community located five minutes west of the world famous Puerto Banus and just ten minutes drive from the centre of Marbella.
With the traditional town of San Pedro de Alcantara next door and the town of Estepona just ten minutes drive further west, it is very well located allowing easy access to everything that this beautiful part of the world has to offer.
Guadalmina’s fantastic mile-long stretch of beach is host to an array of water sports during the summer months. Or in the cooler months, an ideal spot to take a quiet stroll or watch the world go by at one of its beachside bars or restaurants.
Popular with golfers, Guadalmina is home to one of the Costa del Sols oldest and most established golf courses. Guadalmina Golf comprises of two eighteen hole golf courses and a nine hole pitch and putt.
Guadalmina’s enviable location also positions it close to another three of the coasts finest courses: Atalaya Golf, El Paraiso and Monte Mayor.

The pool and garden are maintained every day. The sheets are changed once per week. Cleaning is included every day and towels are changed as required.
